Decompiling audio .cod files
I have a bought a cd that works on the computer in a simple program. But i want to listen to its content on the cd player in the car. I searched the cd, and found out that the audio files r packed in a .cod format.

Is there anyway to decompile or decompress such format to take what's inside to use it?

Hi MagnumJoe,

You certainly need a CD ripper to extract the audio files on your computer :

Then, with your CD burn software, you copy the extracted files in order to make an audio CD.

You mean CDex, will extract audio material from compiled .cod files? The audio material are packed in .cod files which can not be played on any program except this cd's program.

It's possible it can do the job.
Personally, I'm using a very old version of Easy CD Extractor. It simply ignores the CD protections as it never failed.
