Well, you can buy it. The price will depend on if you want the current version, if you are astudent or educator, and where you are lcoated.

You can also download the trial online, however if you cannot afford Dreamweaver, you could use Microsoft Visual Web Devoloper Express, it is free, easy to use and has the same features as Dreamweaver.
