Solved: Embed or add mp3 file?

Hello

How do I embed or add an mp3 file into the following HTML:

Please transcribe this 47 second MP3:
<a href="${url}">;${url}</a>

I am attempting to send an mp3 file to Mechanical Turk (Mturk) and see how well the person will transcribe the file. I have the file on my computer.

I am trying to mimick the following:
