More info is needed.
Does this happen to more than one computer? Have you tried resetting your modem and router?

Ok, go to My Computer, then System Information. Click Hardware, then Device Manager. Right click on your adapter, then click properties. Under the Driver tab, try either updating the drivers or troubleshooting.
