And you can always download the videos and see if your quick time can play it or not. Assuming that the videos are not extremely large.
I think you should convert swf to mov first, becuase flash movies are swf files, while Quicktime supports mov, I know iwisoft swf to mov converter is useful for that, maybe you can have a try.
Publishing into the Quicktime movie format/codec from Flash lets you create a video file that can be downloaded or even used for broadcast production.
If you desire to use the Quicktime codec to stream and compress your sound, you can do so by clicking the checkbox next to that. And when you click the Settings button to determine your audio compression and quality you get the result.
