Missing Recovery Management! HELP!

I was thinking today that i would reinstall my windows vista, becuase my computer have become a bit more laggy, since i got it. So i read in the manual that i should go to: Windows>All Programs>Packard Bell> And run Recovery Management.
But, when i did this i found out that its not even on my computer..
And i know it have been there before, because i have done this before.
And now i dont know what to do..
Got an Packard Bell iExtreme, btw.
Plz help me!
