Question About Video CD
i have Adobe Premiere non-linear video editing at work. if i take a 30-minute tv program and digitize it, and save as a different format in a smaller size, say 320x240, how much space would I need - in terms of file size?

The reason i ask is, could i fit such a video on a CD-ROM (under 800mb)? it does not have to be broadcast quality but needs to have audio. it is going to be a copy of a 30-minute local news show.

My brainstorm behind this is i could create a muilti-media "presentation" in place of a typcial resume tape that i would send out for a job. it does not have to be full-screen video or broadcast quality but just big enough for someone to evaluate the technical quality of the tv show. (my job)

What's the best compressed video format for this? Also, it needs to be a fairly common format that any hiring manager could pull up on their own computer. perhaps Windows Media?

Any suggestions or tips or feedback of this idea appreciated.
thanks

Bruce
