What pictures?
You realize the RC is not going to run forever. It is time limited.
XP Mode only runs on computers with Windows 7 Pro or above and the computer must support hardware virtualization. That means it must be enabled in your BIOS and your CPU must also support Hardware Virtualization.

Nobody here can really help with getting XP Mode working unless all those requirements are met and we don't know anything other than you are running a release candidate of Windows 7.

Windows 7 RC really dosn't tell me if it is Windows 7 Pro or above. I honestly don't know what RC builds correspond to what Windows 7 version.

If your BIOS supports Hardware Virtualization it needs to be enabled in there.

You may want to run this utility to double check you are compatible.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
and also Intel's utility to see if it is Intel VT compatible.
http://www.intel.com/support/processors/tools/piu/

Most newer AMD cpu's are compatible. Intel is kind of hit or miss so running the utility will give you an answer for sure.
