firefox crashing on boot up

Hi can any one help please I can not get FireFox to boot up it keeps saying it crashed and to fill out a crash report so that they can solve the problem but I have not had a reply in last at all so I looked on the net for a site like this for the help so I hope you can help me sort out my first problem. thanks

Try downloadind and re-installing firefox to see if that fixes your problem. Here's the link. Click on the green button to download. After the file is downloaded click run and follow the instructions to install firefox.
