Need Help With Java
What kind of method could I use to "discard" or ignore something?

e.g

System.out.println(anObject);
anObject.discardmethod();
System.out.println(anObject);

so that the out put...

prints out the "anObject" once and not twice because the "discard" method voids the first println call?

thanks.

been a while since I played with java...could you just set it to null, so the println would fail due to the null value.
