Trojan dropper & downloader trojan
Norton Antivirus detected a few viruses on my computer & have quarantined them (Trojan dropper & Downloader trojan). What do I have to do to get rid of these?

Styxx - I'm using Windows XP
LDTate - I did all that & it appears that I have deleted them. Is that all I have to do?

...and if they are completely gone now...how do I prevent this from happening again? I don't download anything without scanning it first, so I'm not sure how I got these viruses in the first place.

If they aren't listed, they're gone. Read this thread.
