I recently had a problem with Rapport which required me to contact their support team. The Rapport icon was no longer appearing when I was on the internet, and I did not know what I might have done (if anything) to create the situation.
The Rapport support team were responsive and very helpful, explaining everything clearly. I wasn't always able to give them the information they asked for, but this was not a problem for them. We exchanged 3 or 4 emails over a few days as I worked to deal with the problem, which is now solved.
I was very impressed with the service I received from the Rapport support team.
