Rename Your W2K Garbage
Hello W2K users!

I don't know if this has been posted before but I will again anyway!

I was poking around in my registry and did this:

HKEY_CURRENT-USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache

Name: @D:\WINNT\System32\shell32.dll,-8964

Type: REG-SZ

Data: Recycle Bin

I entered "TRASH" and closed. My recycle bin is now called "TRASH".

You can also do it from the desktop whenever you want by changing the value of one registry entry. Navigate to...

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder

Change from 40010020 to 50010020

Say OK and go to the desktop. Right click the recycle bim and select rename. Easy
