How do i get rid of an icon i dont want in the taskbar Damn Quicktime !!!

IF YOU ARE RUNNING 98 OR HIGHER --

goto start > run > and type msconfig".

click the startup tab and there should be a quicktime checkbox there. uncheck it.

if not , double click the quicktime icon and play around in the program to try to disable it. usually under tools or options or something.
