Cool Netscape PopUps
Hi all !!
Ran across this tweak. Thought it might be of help.
If you use Netscape that is!!
Open Netscape and go to edit, preferences.
Click on Advanced, then Software Installation
Make sure Automatic Software Installation is enabled
Close Preferences and navigate to :
ufaq.org/files/adblocker.xpi
Click on install when prompted.
Restart browser and open preferences again.
Click on Advanced
Click on Scripts&Plugins
Make sure Open Unrequested Windows is un checked.
Popups should now go away. This , I know works on 6.2 but not sure for 7.0.

Hi TW56,

This option is now a component on Netscape 7.0/01. The adblocker.xpi is no longer needed. It's still a good fix for older Versions, however.

Check out the Popup Window Controls window.
