Here's another site I discovered just last night. I needed a small app to join 2 .wav files together. Well, I came up with this from a google search. They have burning software, rippers, editors, enhancers, etc.

The one small app I downloaded (Addawav) is free of spyware. Anyway, I may be worth checking out:
