Clipomatic, multi entry clipboard
Can't find this mentioned elsewhere so...

Ever thought that it would be nice to have a clipboard which can carry more than one article at a time? Go to:

http://www.mlin.net/Clipomatic.shtml

and download Clipomatic.

Install is easy, it's only tiny and simple. The clipboard functions as usual with [Ctrl]+[X]/[C]/[V], but for expanded capabilities use [Ctrl]+[X]/[C] and [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[V]. This offers a list of the last 10 or so, (resettable), items you cut/copied. And you can set up clipsets of frequently used items. Choose which one you want to paste and voila! It's cheap, (free ), simple, and reliable. After a while you don't know how you ever did without it.

Hi AlbertB:

Check this out.
http://www.cogitum.com/co-tracker-text/more.shtml
It's sounds similiar to Clipomatic. It has a right mouse click function. It's also free.

I'll give Clipomatic a try.

These are useful tools to chronicle todays world events.

"What is Cogitum Co-Citer ?
Cogitum Co-Citer is a tool for creating collections of texts from the Internet. It automatically captures the selected text, its Internet address, its title and date of adding to the database.

The program even allows you to assign your own comments and place it to a specified folder. Once a text has been grabbed, you can:

Create and manage new collections;
Create and manage folders for organizing texts;
Add comments about the grabbed text;
Sort records according to various criteria;
Follow the link associated with the grabbed text just by clicking on it;
Import/export collections to work with them at other computers, to split a large collection into smaller ones, or to combine small collections into a larger one;
Publish the collection as a Web page;
Send the collection by e-mail;
Control how the grabbed texts and information are displayed;
Search the collection;
Print texts from a collection;
Delete grabbed texts from the collection.
Cogitum Co-Citer runs under Windows 95/98/2000/NT and requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. "

I've been using Clipmate from Thornsoft for the past four years, you can do so much with it.

i found Clipboard Magic which seems the most useful that i have yet found:

Clipboard Magic

Clipboard Magic is a Windows clipboard enhancement utility. It can dramatically enhance your productivity when cutting and pasting text or for filling in web forms. It allows you to save and access hundreds of clips from numerous "lists" which makes it very convenient for categorizing Windows clipboard clips.

Download (its FREE) from the site below:
