Here is a handy addon to IrfanView that gives you some functions from within Windows Explorer.

That looks neat!
Can you add/delete commands on the list? Because if I got it, I'd want the "Convert to .ico" on it, but I could lose most of the others, except .jpg, .gif and .bmp. If I could include .ico, I'd try it!
