Multiple Kazaa Users
OK my brother keeps downloading Morpheus and Imesh so he can get MP3s. Then I spend an hour removing all the spyware. Then he installs Morpheus and Imesh again. Its an endless cycle.
Eventually, I got him set up with WinMX and eMule. Those were too slow for him (he didn't tell me until AFTER he went into my kazaa lite and downloaded all his music into my folder).

So I went looking for a way to have multiple users in Kazaa (lite). I found P-Track. It allows you to run multiple Kazaa profiles and switch between. But I didn't like it because you have to run P-Track before running Kazaa, register the profile you want, then launch kazaa, and then Kazaa crashed on me twice!

So I searched the HD and registry to find out where the kazaa prefs are stored. Its in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kazaa].
So, set up your Kazaa settings with a username and a shared folder. Then go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kazaa] in regedit. Export the registry keys within it to a file on the desktop.

Then go into Kazaa and change the settings to the other users, then export the reg keys to another file on the desktop.
Voila, click 1 of the reg files and the profiles switch! But you have to close Kazaa and re-open it for it to switch.
And with the latest version of K++ you can add the reg files as shortcuts right under the tools menu!
Or, you could make a shortcut to the reg files, assign a key combo, and press the keys to switch users!

BTW if anyone knows how, I am trying to create a file that I can click that will launch both the .reg file and kazaa.exe. I have tried a batch file, but it wont run the registry file.
