auto refresh
Hi, does anyone know of a way to make ie.v.6 refresh automatically?

may I reccomend the
Avant Browser
which has lots of other useful features including auto refresh (right click on the tab of the page which you want to refresh and select auto refresh and the desired time)

Thanks anrgy clip i know it took a while but i hav just downloaded
avant browser at the moment im experimenting with its feature but so far so good, thanks for the recomendation.

Opera will autorefresh as well as MyIE2. MyIE, however, won't refresh the page you're working on at the time. Only background pages.
Both these browsers also use mouse gestures, which I wouldn't be without.
