A great way to save paper
I recently posted a thread on these forums about a program to save paper. I was told you try FinePrint, and now I couldn't survive without it.
It allows for double sided printing (where you simply flip the paper around to print the reverse sides). It also has the ability to print up to 16 pages on 1 single sheet. Which can be great for printing an overview, or if you have excellent eye sight.
So far I've saved 20 pages, and FinePrint even keeps a percentage of how much paper you've saved.
http://www.fineprint.com A free trial is available for download. It's nice and small so I reccommend giving it ago.

There are alot more features in fineprint, though most of them are kinda hidden. Once you read through the help files you'll find them.

We use Fineprint on our POS machines that are running windows, it allows us to create "forms" (custom overlays), these "forms" can be shared through the network in able to change printing of customer receipts on the fly and allow us to print anything that can be thought of directly on the receipt. Also another hidden extra is if you have display before printing set, and spool a print job, click on the form tab, right click on the preview and you can save the preview as a image file. This also comes in handy to create image records of transactions. Most of the extras can be controlled with keyed macros to give us total control over automatic filing and printing. Right now, we have a macro set on each machine to print one copy of each receipt, then save a copy as a image file to send to headquarters for delivery. Our bookeeping software company wanted to sell us the capability to do this for $600 a terminal. We saved over $20,000 doing this with fineprint instead, both in software and paper cost. Headquarters can also send updated forms instantly to all users.

If you have a company of any type with windows machines, I urge you to give fineprint a try.
