I need tweaking, too!
Hi,
LOL, Is there anyone out there that can *tweak* my little problem?

I just uninstalled Windows Messenger Plus 2 add-on, and got a strange little icon on my desktop, called *scrap*, not the first time this has happened, lol, I'm starting a collection of the darned things! Made a folder to keep them in, now.

The NTFS site was very helpful. Thanks for the link. Although it did take me awhile to go through that long thread to pick out all the good tweaks that were mentioned. But it was well worth it

I run W/98se. Some of the programmes I use support your pasting clipboard items to the desktop, they just look like a piece of scrap paper. Word ect. Don't know if this is what you mean but
my desktops below.
