Speed up the Start Menu

Intended For
Windows XP
Windows 2000
Windows Me
Windows 98
Windows 95

In the Registry Editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Control Panel\ desktop, and add a string value named MenuShowDelay, with a value specifying the number of miliseconds (400 is default, smaller numbers are faster).
If you have TweakUI, move the Menu Speed control all the way to the left.

Yup I did ... does it help? I dunno the default is 400 and I changed it to 200 so it should be twice as fast like maybe it went from 10 milliseconds down to 5.
I wonder what would happen if you set it to 0 try it Greenie and post back so we know.
