tip: Email management
Sometimes you want to delete a message from your inbox in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, but you want to keep the message on the mail server. Here's how to do it:

In Outlook or Outlook Express, go to your email account settings.
Click the Advanced tab.
Check the option to leave a copy of your messages on the server.

Keep in mind that you want to periodically uncheck the option to remove the messages from the server.

This keeps your mailbox from filling up, which would prevent any further messages from being delivered.

Btw, this also works in Incredimail.

Thanx for the great tip. I've been wondering why the messages on one account were deleted on the server while another account was full of messages that I had deleted a long time ago.
