Question:

I do not know how to change an exe file's icon in Win95 please. I would like to know how to change icons.

Answer:

You can't actually change an EXE file's icon. You can create a shortcut and then change that icon, but the ACTUAL EXE's icon is pretty much built in there.

Im not sure but I think there is a way to do it with a program called Resource Hacker, although it doesnt work all the time.
Resource hacker can be found here: http://www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker/

You can usually do it with ResHacker-but be careful. Make a backup of the file you are changing, don't edit anything if you don't know what it is, and the filesize of the edited file needs to be as close as possible to the original filesize.
