stop mozilla`s splash screen
If you want to get rid of Mozilla's splash screen, right-click its shortcut,
choose Properties, and type " -quiet" (without quotes) at the end of the
address in the Target area. Click Apply and OK.

I tried it inside and outside the quotation marks and it does not work, just give an invalid path warning. Any ideas.
