Take the Hard Drive out the old PC and attach it to the new as a slave drive.

I was concerned about the different speeds of the drives. the 4445 is only 366mhz while the 750n is 1.6ghz. will it harm anything by making the 4445 the slave?

shouldn't, the newer PC should altomatically detect the speed of the older drive. I probably wouldn't recommend leaving the old drive as a slave, but leave it in long enogh to get you data over to the new drive.
