I found an excellent Norton Ghost tutorial here:

It can be run as interactive. I chose not to let it install the additional software on my PC (it allows printing from tutorial), but runs fine without it.

I also found NG,a good tutorial,i downloaded it last year.just to learn "How to clone disk-to-disk on a single computer"
