I really need help bad (Poppit & Word Whomp)

I can play some games on Pogo.com like World Class Solitaire, but when I try to play Word Whomp or Poppit (my faves), it loads, I see picture of game, then I get this message in a box: "This program has performed an illegal function and will be shut down. If problem persists, contact program vendor." I've tried to contact Pogo.com, but I've received no help from them. Can anyone on here please help me?
