I wish bootcfg was included in the installation of 2k...sucks when you can't find your Windows CD for recov console.

They're shortcuts (some to dangerous places -- don't play with some of them unless you know what you're doing).

regedit can you get you in world of hurt in a hurry; while notepad's pretty harmless.
