And search for 'Free Web Hosting' - but one caveat ... read what their terms are for 'free' as most use either popup ad support that your site visitors may find disruptive, or they cap bandwidth and if your site gets lots of traffic it will be taken offline once the daily limit is reached.
You can get a .com domain name for under $10/year. Other domains are even less. Try GoDaddy
And you can find plenty of free hosting sites here. Also, check with your ISP, they may provide web hosting as part of your service; mine does.{Comcast}
