Microsoft's programmers have long offered PowerToys free to customers. These are little programs that add functionality to Windows. Microsoft doesn't back them officially, but I've found that they work well.

Two new PowerToy programs are available for Windows XP users. One allows you to use any video, including a home movie, as a screen saver. Now, that's pretty cool. The other turns the wallpaper (the picture on your desktop) into a slideshow. The PowerToys Fun Pack is here.
