Hi Nita.

When you are in the forum that you want (i.e. Security, Random Discussion, etc.) there is a button at the top right of the page that says "New Thread". Use it to start a new thread.

And welcom to the TSG.

I have news for you there is no new thread button on the page. I sent you an email but it did not address the problem so this is the only way I found to contact someone. HELP
Hi Nita

and welcome to TSG

I am posting a snapshot of this particular forum-Tips and Tricks- Look to the upper right hand corner, you will see a light blue button that says 'New Thread'
Each forum at TSG has that button in order to post a question within that particular forum.

If you don't see that button, the problem may be at your end, sorry I can't really tell you more than that
Maybe someone else can give an answer if that's the problem.
