Smile optical mouse tip
This is a tip for anyone using a battery powered optical mouse.
When the computer is not in use, turn the mouse upside down --this stops the mouse transmitting and lengthens the life of the battery.

how does that work? Do they not have an on/off switch, that would be something to add.

I have 2 of those mouses to turn upside down but have you checked to see if the tip works? The light still blinks regardless!

Same question as Buf's.Up or down the mouse lite still blinks.
