The pages on my screen are too big, how do I get them to shrink so that I can read the info without having to use the scrollbar all the time?????????

Try clicking the refresh button. That sometimes helps.

It doesn't seem to be working, it's probably something so easy, except I don't know what I'm doing

Try going to view (at the top of your page) > click decrease text size (if you have Firefox browser)
or
View > Text size > smaller/smallest (if IE)

Hi jayzi

Check you monitor resolution.
If it's at something like 800 by 600.......change it to 1024 by 768 if possible and see if that suites you
You can find that by rt clicking the desktop and choosing properties. Then click on the 'Settings' tab. There should be a slider to change the resolution.
