Animated Rampant Flag Cursor
This is most certainly not a top priority question, but I would like to know if anyone knows where I can find a rampant flag animated cursor? I found a saltire one a couple of years ago. I even e-mailed the person who made it to see if he would make me a rampant one, but alas, his e-mail had changed and I couldn't get hold of him. I have searched and searched for one...they seem to be only included in themes and I don't want a theme. I just thought that if anyone knew of where I could get one I would really appreciate it.
Thank you.

If it is a Theme that is zipped up then you can on lots of them just download it and open the zip file anf take out what you want without having to install anything.
