I have a computer that can handle RAM of 1024 in two slots, it currently has only 256 in it. I've done a search on sites for upgrades and it says it needs non-parity, SDRAM, PC133. In my old computer I have a memory stick that has 256 non-parity, SDRAM, PC100, can I mix the two?

Yes, but the combined 512 will run at the slower spped.

Nope, PC100 is slower than PC-133. You can use PC-133 in a computer that requires PC-100, but not the other way around.
