That's great..... I'll be sure to make a copy of this post and bring it to Office Depot/Tech-Depot. And the Happy Light, is a fantastic light(especially for grading diamonds). BTW, do U have the employee # for (the Spanish Girl with a Extremely Sexy Voice) in case I do not receive the same deal/value as you did?

On another note: Office Depot store gives a FREE package of 500 sheet recycled paper when you give them your empty printer ink cartridge. One per customer visit.

Got the Printer today and the light yesterday and so far everything seems fine.

I don't like the fact that the printer doesn't come with a cable? What the heck are they tryin to pull anyway?

Any suggestions on how to get a 10' cable for the printer at the best posible price? So far it looks like New EGG at about 8 bucks.

Cheers

You need to look at the fine print on your $25.00 rebate. It says its valid on IN-STORE purchases only. Not valid on website purchases.

Thanks for the info.
Luckly I couldn't get the website to correctly put the order thru so I called them instead. 1-800-463-3768

I just got off the phone with them and I do qualify but I have to wait till I get to work so they can fax me the receipt.

The printer works great so far and I really like the Lamp.

Sorry if I caused anyone any confusion.

If you ordered thru the web there still be a way to get that rebate. Just PM me.

Exclamation Cheap printers/expensive ink
Strange as it seems, it is becoming almost cheaper to throw the old printer away and buy a new one than to replace the ink cartridges!

That's what I ended up doing. Bought a $35 dollar model from walmart. Saved at least $15, maybe $20.

Since you now have a working printer, you also have a non-working printer because there isn't any ink. I have been refilling an HP 722C for a couple of years now and without any ink leakage. The refill method is almost free when compared to the cost of a cartridge bought in a store!! You may want to try the refill method. To replug (or replace) the small "ball", buy a small package of BB'S and plug one partially into the hole you will have after you have pushed the old one through the hole and into the cartridge. I have so many BB'S in one of my cartridges, it sounds like they are in a pan when I shake it. Good luck.
