Suggestions for auto shut down WinME?
Not sure if this is the right forum to post in but...

Asus A7V600 MB
AMD Athlon 3200+
WinME
1gig Ram

Kids, wife, and occassionally (ahem) I leave the computer on. I'm looking for suggestions (settings, software, reg tweak) to automatically shut down computer daily at preset times.

Well, the simple method is by using the Windows scheduler and a simple shutdown utility. Here's Quick Shutdown.

I use this one which doesn't need the scheduler. You can either set a time of day for shutdown or start a clock ticking after selecting the length of time. Small and simple to use.
