The mouse keys are the numeric keypad keys. On a laptop, the numbers for the numeric keypad are on the same keys as the letters.

There's no key on an computer keyboard that will act has a mouse-cursor that I know of... But U can use your computer without a mouse. This will be a good thing to learn in case your mouse ever goes bad. Everyone should unplug their mouse for one day and use their computer without their mouse and use the computer keyboard only. I bet some of U will say: "the heck with this, plug my mouse back in....

Press Shif+Alt+Numlock keys to bring up the MouseKeys window then press the Tab key to select OK then press Enter key, you can then guide your mouse using the Numeric keypad, practice to see which key does what to your mouse cursor.

As I related over here:

http://forums.techguy.org/t385187.html

You have to enable "mouse keys."

start/settings/control panel/accessibility options/mouse

then checkmark the box to use mouse keys then click "apply" then click "ok"

Also the "Tab" key will allow you to roam around and highlight links and once you see that the link has that dotted edge around it then you hit the "enter" key.
