Talking Email font size
I use SBC, the other day I was going to high-lite a msg, held down the Ctrl key to select a paragraph and roll my scroll botton and the font size increased.
Don't know if it does this in other email servers, give it a try and let me know.

That's the standard for Internet Explorer and Outlook, don't know if others do it as well. I know Eudora doesn't, just tried it.

It works in my SBC & MSN hot mail only, not Outlook Express which I use most the time. I just happen to be using SBC this last time when I noticed it.
