I've posted this one before but just incase you were'nt here :
Drag the My Computer icon into the left side of the screen as far as it will go and release it. There's your new Handy Dandy Toolbar.
Right click on an open part of the toolbar to select Auto-hide and Always on Top.
Anytime you want to get to Control Panel etc just move the pointer to the left side of the screen.

Yea, I could only get W98 to work. 2000 and NT don't seem to work. But anyway it's a neat little trick.

Sorry, I was wrong. Windows 2000 does work but NT doesn't.
