Create Your Own Keyboard Shortcuts.
From Data Doctors: Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to make his own Windows shortcuts and he reaches a whole new level of technical achievement… it doesn’t really help with the whole eating thing, though. Think about the programs you use most often, visit: http://www.datadoctors.com/help/ques...n.cfm?id=18018 to learn how to create your own keyboard shortcut to them.

One of my favorite keyboard shortcut is to shut down your computer in One second (well..umm don't time it) works with most current Windows versions.

Press the Windows key, release, and then press the "U" key twice. Windows will automatically shut down. Don't forget to save any files you're working on when you try this tip or you'll lose them.. ..
