Computer glasses
Last year I had cataract eye surgery in both eyes.
This operation removes the lense and replaces it with a teeny-tiny plastic lense.
My old eyes were VERY nearsighted, my new eyes are slightly far-sighted
and I require bifocal glasses (a malady of everyone over 40.)

I ordered a pair of "computer glasses" that focus at arms length for using
my computer. If you have bifocals or otherwise have bad eyesite you will
be amazed at how much better your neck muscles will feel if you use these glasses.

If you are in a bind financially and are far-sighted (your arms aren't long enough to read the paper)
then try a pair of the non-perscription reading glasses sold at every drugstore. As a matter
of fact the local "Dollar store" has about 30 styles for a buck.
