Spell Checker for Firefox
We all know about ieSpell for IE but I found one for Firefox as well.

Located HERE.

Read the directions to install it correctly (Firefox will require you to make it a trusted site before you can download.) You will also need to add a dictionary provided by Mozilla. How to do so is also in the instructions. You can actually use several languages.

If this little tidbit has already been posted please excuse the double posting.

Yes, I wish more folks were as concerned about their spelling when posting...
to me, it shows (in many cases) an unfortunate level of illiteracy from not
paying attention in class and doing that homework, and I'm not talking high
school...most of the misspelled words are early elementary school level words.

biggest gripe..."seperate" where correct spell is.."separate".

Anyhoo...

While SpellBound is great for checking for misspelled words in, for example,
composing a reply in a thread prior to submitting, I find....

DictionaryLookup 2.1.3

an excellent tool to check the meaning of words on any web page, thread, etc.
Or, in verifying your own postings AFTER hitting the "Submit" button so
that you can then go back and do an edit of your post.
Just highlight the word, right-click and open "Dictionary lookup for xxxx"),
and Firefox will (or can, depending on your tabbrowsing settings) open a
new tab with the word in dictionary format.

Hey, nobody's perfect, but there are tools such as these available for all of us
(Firefox users) to at least ensure correctness if one cares enough for that to
matter.
