I have two laptops, identical, side x side.
One runs xp pro, the other xp home.
Screen res. the same at 1280 x 1024.
Large icons selected for the desktop and start menu.
If I right click the quicklaunch and view, both are set to small icons.
I have gone into the display properties/appearance/advanced and did a sync to all the settings.
The Dpi is also the same.
I think both machine setting are the same, but....
The icons that fill the taskbar, and the 'All Programs' menu off the start menu, and the system icons (like regedit, or system config.) are smaller on the xp pro machine.

Alright, if I explain more I get confused and want to drop and do 50.
So I'll stop here. I have pictures that will show better what I'm talkin bout. If any ideas, post them here.
