WHAT TO DO IF YOU FORGET YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD
Turn the computer on. Insert the mac OS X install disk that came with your mac and restart the computer holding down the C key until the grey apple appears. Go to Installer>Reset password. Change it and restart the computer.

KEYCHAIN PASSWORD
Log in and go to the Home folder then library. Open the keychains folder and drag all of its content to the trash. Log out. Your keychain password is the same as your account password
