Just to note: the downloads are free - meaning you don't have to pay first. Check the license terms as to the trial period, if one exists on each item's download webpage, e.g. 30 days where applicable for each particular download.

Some of the software may indeed be offered as freeware, but I haven't checked out each link individually.
