Lightbulb Solved: More Freeware
Everybody post your favorite freeware, a little bit about it, and the web site to download it. And make sure you have used it first so you can NOTE IF IT COMES WITH SPYWARE/VIRUSES

And for the clueless people:

free·ware
n.
Software that is available for free, usually over the Internet.

My favorite freeware apps. are:

~WavePad
A good audio-editing program.

~PhotoFiltre
An amazing, free picture editing software.

~Weather on your desktop
A weather.com desktop app. that sits in your taskbar and if you click on it you will get all the weather info you get from weather.com and traffic conditions.

~CD Burner XP Pro
An amazing CD/DVD burner that writes on all mediums except for double-layer DVD. Supports W98+
