Microsoft Streets and Trips 2006 with GPS locator:

Anyone with helpful hints on the use of this software would be appreciated. I think the instruction booklet is inadequate.

Thanks

is a discussion group on the program.
The only unclear item I found was lack of instructions on the placement of the GPS unit. You need to stick it on your windshield facing out, that suction cup sticks near the top and the unit is slid far foorward to rexpose it to as much sky as possible. Other then that the booklet is useless, just use the help screens on the softwware. I haven't used it in the car as much as I want, but it seems simple to use out on the pario-even the jiggle of the tabletop registers changes to the location.
